AMPLIFY LIVE: The Morning Shift Steps Into the Room

There is something different about a conversation when it moves beyond a screen.

For months, The Morning Shift has created space for conversations around work, opportunity, ambition and the realities of building a meaningful career. Now, KLAT is taking that conversation one step further with AMPLIFY Live bringing the spirit of The Morning Shift into a live setting and inviting the audience to become part of it.

Taking place in Cardiff, with speakers like Rosie Eastwood, Head of Strategy WCS Agency, Melin Edomwonyi Co-Founder and UX Director, Seedable Studio, Julia Harris, Co-founder, The Canopi, AMPLIFY Live is set to be an evening of honest conversations, fresh perspectives and meaningful connections, centred on a question that feels increasingly important: how do we create more space for people to access opportunities, build careers and turn their ambitions into something tangible?

Rather than presenting success as a straightforward journey, the event will explore what happens behind the scenes. Our speakers will reflect on their own professional experiences, the barriers they have encountered and the moments when visibility, support or the right connection helped change the direction of their careers.

And importantly, the conversation will not stop at individual experiences.

AMPLIFY Live will also look at the role that organisations, communities and networks play in creating opportunities. Who gets access to the room? Who gets introduced to the right people? What happens when talented individuals are given the visibility and support they need to move forward?

These are conversations that matter because opportunity is rarely just about talent. Sometimes, it is about access. Sometimes, it is about being seen. And sometimes, it is simply about having someone open a door.

That is where the idea behind AMPLIFY Live really comes into focus.

KLAT has always been interested in the people, ideas and stories shaping culture, business and creative communities. This event brings those worlds together, creating a space where founders, creatives and professionals can exchange ideas, ask questions and, hopefully, leave with a new connection or a fresh perspective.

The evening will also feature an audience Q&A, giving attendees the chance to take the conversation beyond the stage. Because some of the most valuable questions are often the ones that come from the room itself.

Whether you are building a business, developing your creative career, navigating your first professional opportunities or simply curious about what it takes to build a more accessible and supportive working world, AMPLIFY Live is designed to have something for you.

And while the event is rooted in The Morning Shift, it is ultimately about looking forward.

It is about the conversations we need to have now to build the professional and creative communities we want to see next. It is about sharing experiences, challenging assumptions and recognising that progress becomes more possible when people are willing to make room for one another.

AMPLIFY Live is open to everyone interested in learning, connecting and contributing to a more supportive and accessible business and creative community.

A limited number of free tickets are currently available, so if you have been following The Morning Shift, this is your invitation to take the conversation offline — and into the room.

The Morning Shift has started the conversation. AMPLIFY Live is where we continue it, together.
