Una Rams Album ‘Meet Me At the Altar’ Is a Must-Listen Record of Love and Soul

Una Rams’ latest single Priceless Possession would be the best soundtrack for October. Fresh off the release of his debut album Meet Me at the Altar (out September 24th, 2025), this reimagined love song bridges past and present, giving fans exactly what they’ve been waiting for: soulful, heartfelt, and unforgettable vibes.

Originally written over seven years ago, Priceless Possession has been lovingly reworked for this new chapter in Una’s career. Produced by C-Tea, J-Smash, and Raven, the track has blossomed into a rich, South African afro-soul anthem that feels warmer, more textured, and truer to the vision Una always imagined.

“There’s a certain wisdom in these lyrics,” Una shares. “Even back then, I understood the kind of love I was hoping for — not performative or conditional, but something divine and enduring.” Sung in both English and Tshivenda, the song is a celebration of commitment and connection, a display of what it means to choose someone every single day.

This follow-up to the heartfelt success of Ndi a Mufuna, the album’s lead single earlier this year, shows Una Rams continuing to carve out a new canon of African love songs. Whether it’s music for vows, forever moments, or literally meeting someone at the altar, Priceless Possession is both timeless and refreshingly modern.

Una Rams, born Unarine Rambani in Makwarela, Limpopo, has always been destined for a life steeped in music. From early gospel influences via his uncle to the songwriting chops of his older brothers, music was never just a hobby, it was family. Balancing his academic life at the University of Pretoria with producing tracks as a teen, Una honed a sound that blends R&B, soul, and Afro-fusion effortlessly.

His career milestones read like a highlight reel: collaborating with DJ Black Coffee on the Grammy-winning album Subconsciously, exploring Afro House with Idris Elba on Go Deeper, and dropping standout singles like Ilikeyou and Tshinakaho in 2024. And now, with Meet Me at the Altar, Una Rams is firmly in his element: a storyteller using soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics to connect deeply with listeners.
