Meg, from the Klat team, summed it up perfectly: “I honestly thought it was the best KLAT event we’ve ever put on!! The energy from the people who attended was so lovely and it was gorgeous to see, in person, how far KLAT has gone and how much we’ve achieved! I thought the talks were super insightful and inspiring and the performances were so wonderful! It’s the kind of music I don’t think of, at KLAT events we’ve been introduced to before, especially bands like Redwood City, who were definitely a highlight! Spotlighting up-and-coming talent is everything we are about as a magazine so it was wonderful to see that come to life.”
There was also a clear excitement about what lies ahead. The upcoming KLAT Awards were a recurring topic, sparking discussions about recognition, growth, and opportunities. Alongside this, there was a broader sense of anticipation for the long-term role Klat could play as a hub for creative exchange and support.
