Creatives to Watch: Meet Artists Changing The Game

From Mumbai to Miami, Cardiff to Paris—creativity knows no borders. Klat Magazine has always been about spotlighting raw energy, fresh perspectives, and the fearless voices shaping today’s culture. So, it only made sense to pull together a small but mighty list of names we think you should keep your eyes on. These are the artists, dancers, painters, and photographers doing things differently, and doing it with style.

Here’s our first-ever Creatives to Watch list. Come back in five years and say you saw them here first.

Savannah — Visual Storyteller, Photographer, Filmmaker

Some people shoot photos. Savannah tells stories. The UK-based fashion and editorial photographer has a gift for turning visuals into full-blown narratives—evoking mood, movement, and magic in a single frame. Whether behind the camera or directing an entire set, Savannah’s work combines timeless elegance with that unmistakable Gen Z flair. Savannah told us. Trust us—it absolutely does.

Joely Ramo — Visual Artist, Spiritual Thinker, Soul Connector

Miami-born, Baltimore-trained, and globally resonant, Joely Ramo makes art that doesn’t just hang on walls, it hums with soul.

A recent graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, Joely holds a BFA in Fine Art with minors in Printmaking and Critical Theory. But her real canvas is consciousness itself. Through a practice rooted in Buddhism and Kabbalah, Joely’s work explores interconnectivity, non-duality, and the sacredness of being.

Gotie Mark — French Painter, Colour Rebel, Joy Dealer

If you’re not following @mahrkgotie on Instagram, do yourself a favour. Gotie Mark is a French painter who isn’t afraid of colour, chaos, or childlike wonder. His vibrant acrylic paintings explode with movement, humour, and pure energy. Every canvas is a party. The kind where no one knows each other at first but everyone leaves best friends. That’s the vibe.

Anannya Mahanta — Classical Dancer and Cultural Powerhouse

If you don’t know Sattriya Dance, you will soon—thanks to Anannya Mahanta, a South Asian dancer who has dedicated over 25 years to this classical Indian artform. From the age of three, Anannya has been immersed in the intricate rhythms, storytelling, and spiritual depth of Sattriya. Today, she holds two diplomas, is a certified performing artist under India’s Ministry of Culture, a graded artist with Doordarshan Kendra, and an artistic member of One Dance UK.

She’s picked up awards from India Star Passion, Forever Star India, and Vrindrani Awards, and is now nominated for the London Community Excellence Awards 2025. Every move she makes feels ancient and futuristic all at once.

There’s something refreshing about someone who doesn’t over-intellectualise their work, he just paints with joy. In a world of cool detachment, Gotie’s bold palette screams: feel something.

These creatives don’t just have talent—they have vision. They’re shaping what art, identity, and expression will look like in 2025 and beyond. Whether it’s with a camera, a brush, a dance step, or a spiritual thread, they’re bringing something different—and we’re here for it.

Watch this space. Better yet—watch them.
